Our Garden City mental health facility is available, by appointment only, to individuals of all ages, including families.  

Services Provided: Licensed therapists provide a full array of mental health services, as indicated after a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan. Services allow individuals to actively participate in their own treatment planning, goals and recovery. Services are primarily evidenced-based and may include individual/group therapy, case management, skills building, crisis or medication management, to name a few.

****Facilities and restrooms are accessible to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. BRBH’s offices and facilities have accommodations for people with disabilities, including offices, exam rooms and equipment. Accommodations include, but are not limited to, bariatric chairs, braille door plates, ADA entrances/restrooms, and rooms with dimming light. Special accommodations may be provided prior to or during treatment upon request by contacting (435) 752-0750.****

Sliding-fee or grant-based services may be available for individuals who qualify under special service priorities. Full (no cost) coverage is available to traditional Medicaid enrollees. Reduced (no-cost) coverage is available for non-traditional Medicaid enrollees.
