Bear River Behavioral Health provides comprehensive, professional, behavioral health services to individuals in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties. For more than four decades, we have helped people live more functional and meaningful lives through compassionate and effective mental health and substance use counseling and treatments.

We help individuals, couples, and families with mental health and substance use issues. BRBH’s licensed, professional staff will work with you to design a treatment plan to fit to your specific needs and situations and we will not treat people differently based on age, race, gender, sexual oriental, cultural, or religious beliefs, ability status, or socioeconomic status. Our services include personal therapy, group therapy, couples and family therapy, skill building and support groups for children, parents, and adults, case management, medication management, peer support, and many others. 

We accept Medicaid, Select Health, and certain Medicare plans (excluding Medicare Advantage).  Our network partnerships frequently change, please contact our office to ask if we accept your specific provider. We have behavioral health facilities in Logan, Tremonton, Garden City, and Brigham.  In Logan, we have a Receiving Center where adults can access mental health and substance use crisis support which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  BRBH also has a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team that can meet with you at a safe location to help adults and children in crisis.  If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988 or reach out to our offices directly.

****Facilities and restrooms are accessible to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. BRBH’s offices and facilities have accommodations for people with disabilities, including offices, exam rooms and equipment. Accommodations include, but are not limited to, bariatric chairs, braille door plates, ADA entrances/restrooms, and rooms with dimming light. Sliding-fee or grant-based services may be available for individuals who qualify under special service priorities. Full (no cost) coverage is available to traditional Medicaid enrollees. Reduced (no-cost) coverage is available for non-traditional Medicaid enrollees.
